Information we collect

We may collect the name, email address, and phone number you submit; order and product details; consent and policy acknowledgements; referral and campaign information; browser, device, network, security, and access records; member-area activity; and support or refund communications.

Payment information

NMI collects and processes your card and billing information on its secure payment page. Paid To Recommend receives transaction identifiers and payment status needed to verify, fulfill, support, refund, and reconcile the order, but does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

How information is used

• Prepare, verify, fulfill, and support your order.
• Create and protect your member access.
• Send transactional delivery and account messages.
• Process support, refund, dispute, and fraud concerns.
• Measure attribution and improve the customer experience.
• Meet legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping duties.

Email, phone, and marketing choices

Order and access messages are transactional. Providing contact information or buying the book does not by itself authorize marketing email, promotional text messages, automated calls, or a sales call. Any optional marketing or help request is presented separately and requires the choice shown at that time.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, databases, security, customer records, communications, analytics, payment processing, and support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not describe submitted personal information as a product for sale.

Retention and security

Records are retained as reasonably needed for fulfillment, access, support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, legal obligations, and system protection, then deleted or de-identified under applicable retention practices. No online service can promise absolute security.
